Reason for Initial Contact: ENQUIRE ABOUT USED PRODUCTS
Visited dealership to in inquire about a used truck advertised in the paper for $17,500. Pretty good deal. Two inconvenienced hours later was given a price of $19995 and trade-in offer for my car $4500 below the KBB trade-in value. Whoa! are you serious? Hey, here's a tip for you crooks. Put the list and so-called SALE price on the friggin windshield!! Plain view advertising. And please assume your customers HAVE done their homework and arent chumps strolling through to be, a, lets say mistreated! Won't be seeing me ever again. I will say however that the salesperson was friendly and personable, and innocent of this fiasco. Twas his boss that seems to be the culprit.
